We are seeking a Business Analyst to lead our QA team in completing testing tasks. In this role, you will oversee the quality assurance process, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the QA team to complete testing tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Define detailed product specifications, acceptance criteria and generate requirement documents.
• Develop and implement testing strategies, plans, and processes.
• Manage testing progress and ensure timely delivery of quality results.
• Identify, document, and track defects throughout the product lifecycle.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in quality assurance.
• Frequent Travel to China is necessary

Qualifications:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.

• 5+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Experience in leading QA teams and managing testing projects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and Mandarin
