Responsibilities:

• Formulate, lead and implement digital related strategies to further strengthen HKIA world's cargo leadership position
• Manage air cargo digitalization initiative, namely HKIA Cargo Data Platform, to ensure continuous introduction of new and useful applications, progressive growth in the platform adoption and to enable network growth through ecosystem collaborations
• Identify, cultivate and establish collaboration and connectivity with potential stakeholders and business partners within and beyond air cargo industry, to gather relevant industry intelligence and latest trends to be shared via HKIA cargo content portal
• Establish and strengthen rapports with potential community stakeholders to derive digital solutions and collaborative use case/PoC together
• Leverage the content portal to create an air cargo community to facilitate the continuous growth of HKIA air cargo
• Undertake the management role to oversee the day-to-day operations of the sub-team to ensure smooth operations in compliance to the corporate policies and guidelines involved

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technologies, Logistics and Supply Chain or related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years’ working experience, preferable with no less than 5 years hands on experience in digital platform development or related initiatives
• Fundamental knowledge on air cargo supply chain is preferred and good knowledge on latest technology and future trends
• Proven track record in handling industry-wide digital platform and/or transformational projects and/or exposures in working in e-business startup are/is added advantages.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic and innovative mindset with proven ability to deliver a concept into digital solutions
• Good team player, proactive and able to work under pressure, can-do attitude, strong passion to win
• Meticulous, fact-based problem solver, strong organization and communication skills
• Bold to challenge status quo and keen to drive the change, fast learner and good common sense
