Founded in 1948, Chong Hing Bank is a well-established commercial bank in Hong Kong with a network of more than 40 branches and sub-branches. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of a large-scale data warehouse revamp project
• Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project scope
• Work with vendors and contractors to deliver high quality software deliverables
• Involve in all stages of the software development life cycle and provide well documentation
• Implement best practices for data governance
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior team members

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of experience in software development or application support preferably in banking industry
• Solid experience in enterprise-grade data warehouse systems including management information systems, regulatory reporting platform and business intelligence platform, etc.
• Solid experience in SQL, ETL, databases, data modelling and reporting tools
• Strong project management and vendor management skills in large-scale data projects
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices
• Good communication and problem-solving skills and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in HKMA regulatory reporting is a plus
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
• Occasional business travel to Mainland China (Shenzhen or Guangzhou) is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for junior position
