Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategy Development & Execution:

- Develop and execute commercial strategies in the Macau region to achieve company business objectives.

2. Opportunity Identification:

- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand the client base.

3. Client Relationship Management:

- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

- Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Operations) to ensure seamless business execution.

5. Market Intelligence:

- Analyze market trends and competitor activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations.

6. Contract Negotiation:

- Lead contract negotiations to maximize corporate benefits and align with strategic goals.

7. Performance Reporting:

- Deliver regular progress reports to senior management, offering data-driven strategic suggestions.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).

- 5+ years of business development or sales experience in the financial industry; experience in the Macau market is highly preferred.

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with autonomy to handle complex scenarios.

- Fluency in Mandarin and English; proficiency in Cantonese is a plus.

- High professional ethics and a collaborative team-oriented mindset.
