BYME Engineering (HK) Ltd is a full M&E Package Building Services Specialist Firm from Hong Kong with an established presence around the region. Our firm was founded in 1990, as part of Dragages Hong Kong, a leading building and civil engineering construction company in Asia, operating under the global construction leader Bouygues Construction, which has since provided us with a strong global support in engineering solutions. Combining technical and project management expertise with a sustainable approach, we offer a diverse array of professional services:

• Degree holder in Quantity Surveying / Engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years' relevant experience in E&M Quantity Surveying / Contracting
• Practical site experience in E&M QS works is essential
• Previous experience in design-and-build and negotiation with subcontractors would be a definite advantage
• A strong team player and able to work under pressure
• Provide efficient contract administrative services on assigned E&M project(s) and support the Commercial Manager in commercial contract management activities
• Efficient in PC skills including the application of computer software Excel and Data Base
• High flexibility in working location is preferred
