We are seeking a dedicated SHE head to lead the initiatives, ensuring compliance and fostering a culture of safety and sustainability across the projects.

Our client is a leading property developer, committed to delivering high quality building projects while prioritising safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards.

Description

• Develop and execute a strategic SHE plan to ensure regulatory compliance and enhance SHE programs.
• Establish and maintain an integrated SHE management system, overseeing strategy formulation, project development, control, and delivery.
• Lead on-site SHE inspections in collaboration with Independent Consultants and Contractors, while monitoring all consultancies, contractors, and subcontractors for SHE compliance.
• Review and approve SHE plans and submissions for infrastructure, engineering, and building projects, ensuring effective implementation during construction.
• Enhance SHE management engagement throughout all construction phases of projects.
• Liaise with government departments and public entities on SHE-related initiatives and compliance.
• Compile and Alyce environmental submission reports and monitoring results across all projects.

Profile

• Degree in Occupation Safety and Health or related disciplines;
• have a Registered Safety Officer/Safety Auditor with Membership of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health is an advantage;
• have at least 15 years of post-qualification experience with proven track records in safety, health and environmental aspects of major infrastructure and building projects;
• be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
