They are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join the team, leading critical HR technology initiatives to support their global workforce and strategic objectives.
Our client is a large commercial listed company. To cope with their business expansion, they are currently hiring a HRIS Project Lead. You will participate end to end HRIS global implementation project.

They are seeking an experienced HRIS Manager to join the team, leading critical HR technology initiatives to support their global workforce and strategic objectives.
Description
- Lead the regional HRIS initiatives, manage the full cycle of HRIS implementation projects in Hong Kong, including planning, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Work closely with regional HR teams, global IT departments, and external vendors to align HRIS initiatives with organizational objectives, ensuring consistency and scalability across regions.
- Lead the team to customize system settings, workflows, and interfaces to align with HR policies and processes.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity during the migration process, performing necessary data cleansing and validation.
- Conduct UAT to ensure system functionality, data integrity, and user experience.
- Provide ongoing user support, including troubleshooting system issues, answering inquiries, and guiding users on system navigation and best practices.
- Manage relationships with HRIS vendors, ensuring service level agreements are met, and act as the primary point of contact for regional and global stakeholders on HRIS-related matters.
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned
Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5-8 years of experience in HRIS management, with a proven track record of leading full-cycle HRIS implementation projects in a multinational environment.
- Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 being a plus, and experience managing cross-functional teams and timelines.
- Expertise in HRIS platforms such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM, with a deep understanding of system configuration, integration, and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable for regional collaboration.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across different time zones, with a focus on delivering results.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing HR technology challenges.
