My client is seeking a Senior IT Test Manager with advanced knowledge of software design and engineering, a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of quality, and a natural ability for software troubleshooting.

Description

• Develop and execute a comprehensive test strategy and plan for the master data management program revamp.
• Lead and manage a team of offshore test analysts and coordinators to ensure successful testing activities.
• Produce the overall test delivery plan, define business test deliverable milestones, and determine the potential use of automation tools.
• Define and implement testing processes and standards to ensure high-quality deliverables from selected solution providers.
• Oversee the identification, prioritization, and resolution of testing issues and defects.
• Communicate testing progress, issues, and risks to project stakeholders and management.
• Manage business users' expectations and collaborate with them to support UAT or validation.
• Manage a large testing capability, resources, and testing process from project initiation to post-implementation review.
• Implement a well-structured approach to test defect management and incident reporting.
• Monitor and report the daily execution status and progress of each test phase to different stakeholders.

Profile

* Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
* Proven experience in managing testing activities for complex IT projects, preferably in master data management or data-related programs.
* Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide testing teams.
* Familiarity with data migration methodologies, best practices, and tools.
* Proven experience in revamping and transitioning data management systems.
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to address potential challenges during the revamp project.
* In-depth knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
* Experience with Azure Services
