Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Formulate and execute innovative financing strategies for private funds. Collaborate with business leaders to create and implement new financial products.
• Relationship Development: Cultivate and sustain strong relationships with banking partners to secure optimal financing solutions. Oversee group-level credit relationships and conduct necessary meetings and calls.
• Risk Assessment: Identify and manage risks associated with financing operations. Lead negotiations and review legal agreements from a commercial perspective.
• Market Insight: Stay abreast of market trends and seize financing opportunities. Understand various banks’ product offerings relevant to fund and asset-level financing.
• Collaboration and Execution: Partner with investment, finance, and operations teams to identify financing needs and ensure a smooth negotiation and execution process.
• Regulatory Compliance: Guarantee that all financing activities adhere to applicable regulations and internal policies.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide a team of finance professionals, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Experience: At least 12 years of experience in banking, private fund financing, and leverage financing, with a strong track record in managing relationships with banking institutions.
• Skills: Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in financial modeling and analysis, as well as the capacity to lead and inspire a team. Comprehensive understanding of market trends and regulatory frameworks is essential.
