About the Role
• Strategize, plan, design, and develop E-Learning programs by specifying training objectives, content, activities, and methods in program design to meet the identified training and business needs.
• Supervise and support team members in delivering quality E-Learning training support.
• Support for the training competency development of E-Learning developers / trainers in the department

Roles and Responsibilities: - Oversee the development and implementation of E-Learning programs, including but not limited to the identification of training needs, selection of suitable training providers and courses, management of enrolment and payment procedures, and evaluation of courses

  • Manage and support the formulation, implementation, and improvement of E-Learning's development plan
  • Lead and mentor the E-Learning development team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
  • Review and improve the E-Learning development, workflow and procedures to increase the productivity and efficiency in order to support the growth of the business
  • Manage e-learning platforms including training systems, Learning Management System (LMS), and online training
  • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and innovative learning approaches. Explore gamification, microlearning, and other modern techniques.
  • Collaborate closely with trainers and other departments to understand their needs and ensure alignment on training initiatives.

Minimum Job Requirements:

Education and Experience - University / College graduate plus 10 years relevant experience, including 6 years managerial exposure

  • Good training sense in terms of E-Learning course development, design and evaluation & Learning Management System (LMS) Management
  • Good management, presentation, communications, and facilitation skills
  • Proficient in written & spoken English
  • Knowledge in insurance industry preferred
  • Proficient in eLearning software like iSpring / Articulate Storyline, etc
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat and AI, etc
  • Proactive, mature, initiative, customer service oriented, willing and able to learn, team player, trustworthy
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
