Job Title: Client Services Representative (Korean-speaking)
Location: Hong Kong
Department: Client Services / Relationship Management
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Korean institutional clients, managing daily inquiries and ensuring timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and support.
- Collaborate with the Relationship Manager to support strategic initiatives and client engagement in the Korean market.
- Coordinate with internal teams, particularly those based in Europe, to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
- Conduct occasional client visits and deliver training sessions to enhance client understanding of our products and services.
- Ensure adherence to internal control systems and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and service activities in CRM systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-4 years of experience in client services, account management, or a similar role within the financial services industry.
- Native or fluent proficiency in Korean and professional proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-cultural, global environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with financial products and services is a plus.
