Job Description:
Our client is currently seeking a high-caliber professional to join their Relationship Management Team as a Relationship Manager. In this role, you will:
- Manage relationships with Retail/Prestige clients.
- Acquire, develop, and retain relationships with a portfolio of Prestige clients.
- Help clients articulate their needs and deliver solutions that exceed their expectations.
- Understand clients on a personal and professional level to align with their short and long-term financial goals.
- Provide financial advice leading to highly individualised strategies aimed at wealth creation and capital preservation.
- Achieve key performance indicators and profit growth through the development of existing and new client relationships.
- Increase client loyalty by meeting their needs directly or through effective collaboration with internal business partners.
- Develop a strong team culture and build team spirit to enhance loyalty to the Bank.
- Ensure compliance with operational integrity and adhere to the Business Principles and Values of the company.

Requirements:
- University-level education, preferably in finance, business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in a client-facing environment with excellent relationship-building capabilities.
- Strong sales and customer orientation, with good communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of customer-centric mindset with dedication to delivering exceptional quality services.
- Good understanding and strong interest in financial markets.
- Mature and independent mindset, able to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong commercial orientation with acute interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English; additional languages are an advantage.
- **Candidates with more than 2 years of experience in insurance or investment are encouraged to apply.**
- **Candidates with at least IIQE (Paper 1, 2, 3) or HKSI (Paper 1, 7, 8) qualifications are also welcome to apply.**
