As a Senior Business Analyst, your will be responsible for the following:-

• Analyze business needs to find solutions for challenges.
• Convert business requirements into clear specifications, aid in AI solution design, and enhance processes.
• Work with project managers for timely and budget-friendly project completion.
• Effectively communicate findings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Create and handle system designs, specifications, test cases, and operational documents.
• Lead user testing and deployment of new AI applications.
• Stay current with industry trends to maintain competitiveness.

To be considered for the role of Senior Business Analyst, you possess the following:-

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, or related fields.
• 5+ years as a Business Analyst, with 2+ years in AI projects; Health Claim experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, project management proficiency, self-motivated, and independent.
• Familiarity with AI technologies, software, and data analytics.
• Experience with data analysis and visualization tools is helpful.
• Understanding of machine learning and AI in business is a plus.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese.
