Responsibilities:

• Handle local and international high class prestigious residential, retail and F&B developments in Hong Kong.
• Manage all stages including project inception, concept design, tendering, construction, contract administration, completion, handover and defects rectification
• Co-ordinate with internal & external parties, consultants and contractors
• Review design presentation and detail design drawings from consultants

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years’ post-graduate experience with interior consultants or property developers at interior design, space planning, FF&E, cost engineering and construction contract administration
• Experience in working with international designers
• Knowledge of local regulations & procedures of building, planning and licensing submissions
• Effective in leadership, team playing and interpersonal skills; diligent and passionate at work; always driving for design excellence
• Fluency in both English and Chinese
• Occasional travel to PRC is required for researching and inspecting of building technology and materials
• To work under Project Management (2) Department to manage Hong Kong development projects from inception stage to completion stage
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Project Manager
