Responsibilities:

  • Oversight entire Life and Health product portfolio for timeline and resources planning
  • Lead the Life and Health Product Project team to execute all the project tasks towards strategic roadmap according to agreed estimates
  • Act as coach / mentor towards teammates with on the job training to develop and uplift project management skillset
  • Team management including assignment, prioritization, delegation and supervision on tasks and deliverables in good quality
  • Monitor and keep track division's overall project cost including IT and external cost
  • Initiate and perform process re-engineering / standardization to uplift productivity and output quality
  • Perform project tasks complying all the internal and external governance standards as key driver for the division
  • Liaise with department heads for resources nomination and prioritization
  • Dual role as Product Owner (PO) under fixed capacity model to overview tasks prioritization and ensure all the core IT capacity are full utilize among the yearly roadmap
  • Lead as program manager to directly manage and deliver complex or large scale program / project
  • Engage and encourage project stakeholders to provide support and involvement required to achieve projects success
  • Manage strategy direction change with professional advice and impact analysis with flexible project plannings to project sponsor
  • Proactive communication (written and oral) to all project stakeholders on progress, issues and status update to achieve project transparency and consistent messages in all levels including C-Suites

Qualifications:

  • University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines
  • More than 15 years solid experience in project management /consulting in large scale projects
  • Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable and life Insurance channels (preferred)
  • Excellent understanding of project management control procedures
  • Strategic Planning experience desirable
  • Strong Financial Analysis / Business Analysis skills
  • Strong Change Management and Dispute Resolution skills
