Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and stimulate demand.
• Assist to manage the company’s social media platforms and website.
• Perform various marketing and operational tasks as needed.
• Plan and execute both online and offline marketing campaigns and events.
• Support the Leasing Team in replying customer inquiries via in-person interactions and social media channels such as WeChat, WhatsApp, and the company website.
• Conduct market research to evaluate performance metrics.

Job Requirements

• Degree Holder in Marketing, Communications, e-Commerce, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in the hospitality industry or a similar field.
• Proficient in social media management, particularly on platforms like WeChat, Xiaohongshu, Douyin, and YouTube.
• Willingness to explore and learn about the Mainland China market with a focus on hospitality and student-related sectors.
• Skilled in photo, graphic, and video editing software.
• A collaborative team player who is self-motivated and proactive.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
