Role Purpose:

As a Senior Procurement Manager, you will lead a team to support in daily operation for materials sourcing, price negotiation and orders fulfilment.

A typical day in the Role:

• Establish and develop new supplier strategy plan to fulfil the new business needs
• Manage the supplier selection and evaluation for the favourable trading terms and conditions to the company
• Support and involve the new product development strategy
• Manage the inventory level of raw and packaging materials
• Work closely with departments for the deliverables in compliance with the set procurement policy and procedures
• Shortlist and manage co-packer in compliance with the company requirement in terms of both quality and delivery performance
• Work with the regional project teams for identification of strategic suppliers and OEM partners for new product development
• Prepare and monitor annual budget to meet company financial goals
• Review and negotiate supply contracts, subcontractor agreements and other terms and conditions

Success will depend on:

• Degree holder in Procurement, Supply Chain or related discipline
• At least 10 years' experience in Food & Beverage manufacturing environment which at least 5 years in managerial level
• Equipped with Beverage co-packer networking / Food co-packer and Big Chain store procurement side is an added advantage
• Proven success negotiation and communications skills
• Well conversant with knowledge of import and export
• Fully understanding the modern commercial business model process
• Open minded, willing to accept new changes, presentable, independent and detail-minded
• Energetic, well-organized, self-motivated, initiative, able to work independently & capable of working under pressure and meet deadline
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• PC Knowledge in MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint and Chinese Processing
