We are now looking for a talented Senior Designer to be part of our dynamic team based at our headquarters in One Island East. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Residential Marketing, the incumbent will be responsible for developing creative ideas and producing marketing communication materials across all design disciplines to support various marketing campaigns for residential developments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Developing the creative concept of the marketing and branding campaigns of residential projects
• Bringing the design solutions to life by applying them into different communications in multi-format
• Managing the design projects timeline, from concept development to final delivery
• Exploring new technology and PropTech, from research, concept, feasibility study to implementation
• Producing creative multimedia assets/contents for website, social media and multimedia displays in the sales gallery, roadshow or exhibition
• Photo and video shooting on the developments for online/offline advertisement.
• Coordinating with agencies, printers and production houses to ensure prompt delivery of quality output

REQUIREMENTS

• Being 6 years or above of working experience in design and creative industry
• Good communication skill and be a strong team player
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Strong hands-on experience with graphic design and video editing software
• Strong photography, videography and typography skills
• Use your strong eye for aesthetics and visual detail
• Competency in Web and App design is preferred
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Proactive in participating in the project and working independently
• Passionate in marketing, technology and design
