THE COMPANY :

• Professional E&M engineering solution provider
• We specialized in : air quality improvement, air purification, air sanitizing and scent marketing solution
• We design, R&D, manufacture, project management, installation and commissioning, system trial run and after sales services as well as consultancy work
• Main market : Hong Kong
• Minor market : China and other Asian countries
• Key customers : high end customers including shopping malls, luxury brands, beauty salons, fine dining restaurants, hotels, property management .... etc
• We are looking for PROJECT MANAGER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Manage projects from design, sourcing and procurement, planning, monitoring of installation and interfaces works in Hong Kong and China;
• Prepare cost estimation, quotation, proposals and tender documents;
• Manage the project to complete according to contract, time, cost, quality and safety, requirements;
• Contribute to system/product development and enhancement works and services
• Lead and grow a team of engineers and technicians in HK and China from project inception, implementation to completion and, as appropriate, maintenance and enhancement.
• Coordination with overseas and local clients, principals/suppliers
• Support sales/business development team on marketing and tendering,
• Manage data and generate reports, analysis and resources.
• Degree or equivalent in Mechanical/Electrical/Building Services Engineering;
• 5+ years experiences in E&M / building services preferably HVAC/environmental/green engineering exposure;
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua;
• Occasional travel to major cities in China and Asia is required;
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 14 days
• Medical insurance
