THE COMPANY :

• Professional E&M engineering solution provider
• We specialized in : air quality improvement, air purification, air sanitizing and scent marketing solution
• We design, R&D, manufacture, project management, installation and commissioning, system trial run and after sales services as well as consultancy work
• Main market : Hong Kong
• Minor market : China and other Asian countries
• Key customers : high end customers including shopping malls, luxury brands, beauty salons, fine dining restaurants, hotels, property management .... etc
• We are looking for SALES MANAGER - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Grow new and current business and customer base
• Foster unique customer experience, satisfaction and relationship
• Formulate & implement sales strategies and action plans
• Manage sales team to achieve sales target (by tenders and quotations) and deliver good customer relationship management (CRM)
• Work closely with sales team in delivering quality, pragmatic and competitive proposals to clients
• Provide inputs and feedbacks to enhance current products and services, in terms of variety, performance and total cost management
• Manage data and generate reports, analysis and resources
• Build and grow the sales team in Hong Kong, PRC and related region
• Develop and manage agents and distributors
• Degree holder in related disciplines
• Engineering background preferred but not mandatory
• Interested and with passion in contributing to fragrant and environmental solutions industries.
• 10+ years’ sales, customer service, business development experience in the related business field with 3 years’ in similar industries.
• Preferably with HVAC / environmental / green engineering exposure.
• Good command of spoken and written communication (English, Putonghua and Cantonese), presentation and negotiation skills.
• Capable to handle sales and promotion activities (from pre-sale to after-sale), jointly as a team as well as an individual.
• Occasional travel to major cities in PRC and Asia may be required
• 5 days work
• Annual leave : 14 days
• Medical insurance
