THE COMPANY :

• Distributor of US medical device/system brand
• Product focus : ultrasound systems, cardiovascular ultrasound
• Main customers : HA, private hospitals, clinics, medical centres...etcc
• We are looking for APPLICATION SPECIALIST - with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Work in Ultrasound Team
• Report to Senior Product Manager
• Provide professional application support to the customers and ultrasound sales team
• Team work to provide assistance in product demonstrations to prospective buyers
• ⁠Provide training to the sales team, new and existing customers / end users when required
• Support the technical / application trouble shooting for customer and facilitate to work out the solution with company and vendor
• ⁠Organise and support of related workshops with sales team and customers
• ⁠Assist Marketing Team for the educational and promotional material development
• Support during congress, seminars and trade-shows
• Provide the monthly report to Ultrasound team leader & Application Team leader
• University degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biological Science, Imaging ........ or equivalent disciplines
• Prior work experience or exposure to ultrasound / cardiology / medical device is highly prefer
• Prior experience in clinical applications of medical devices, especially in cardiology or ultrasound, is a big plus
• Proficient in English & Cantonese/Mandarin
• 5 days work
