- We are looking for REGIONAL SALES & OPERATION MANAGER - with details as follows :
JOB SUMMARY :
- Sales : formulate & implement sales strategies and action plans for APAC market; and
- Supply Chain : source, develop & enhance vendor partners for supply chain; and
- Operations : lead operations team to ensure meet corporate objectives
THE JOB :
- Develop and implement business development strategies and plans. This will involve working closely with colleagues, clients and their teams to ensure service strategies meet and exceed the demands of customers.
- Create commercial opportunities to increase Company income on products and services. Develop business relationships with both existing and potentially new clients.
- Identify new market opportunities, taking the lead in constructing robust and successful business proposals that secure new contracts and long term client relationships
- Help establish sourcing and supply chain solutions to meet client needs.
- Select vendors and own the relationship, developing long term strategic partnerships.
- Develop our regional and global sourcing footprint to deliver on clients’ expectations.
- Work as part of the Management team to share ideas and improve operations.
- Act as a coordinator between all quality functions (in house operations, engineering and QC, as well as with suppliers and third party service providers such as laboratories and QC companies) in a global international context.
- Manage, coach and develop a high performing operations team of 8-10 members that meets objectives, and which delivers best practice results, strong added value and consistently excellent results.
- Frequent travelling is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in a similar role with a successful track record operating sophisticated supply chains.
- Able to produce high quality sales strategies and performance metrics.
- Ability to plan and manage at both the strategic and operational level.
- Leadership ability, entrepreneurial attitude and a good team player.
- Profound understanding of global markets and varying requirements for our products and services, with a special focus on APAC
- Experience in managing projects and unifying multiple functions into one direction.
- Ideally, the successful candidate has established contacts and relationships with existing and potential customers and supply partners.
- 5 days work
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
