Responsibilities

• Serve as the communication link between external partner and nternal stakeholders.
• Provide strategic guidance to ensure mutual sales success for both company and partner.
• Act as the primary contact for managing relationships within a designated client portfolio.
• Foster stronger relationships with clients to enhance support for sales strategies, service standards, and operational efficiency, ultimately boosting sales performance.
• Create performance reports and suggest actionable recommendations to enhance KPIs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement and communicate mall and retailer campaigns, while proposing promotional ideas to drive sales.
• Actively identify, develop, and execute event marketing opportunities, working with stakeholders to expand client and business growth.
• Partner with strategic accounts to shape their marketing and advertising strategies to maximize earnings with the landlord.
• Enhance tenants' sales performance by optimizing their marketing activities (e.g., events, in-store promotions, daily sales metrics).
• Encourage client engagement through events and in-store activities, leveraging these opportunities for exclusive product offers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or marketing.
• 5-8 years of experience; experience in luxury brands is a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative business solutions.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
• Results-driven, able to meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
