The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited (HKMC) is wholly owned by the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) Government through the Exchange Fund. The Hong Kong Mortgage Corporation Limited (HKMC), together with its subsidiaries and subsidiary undertakings (the HKMC Group), is a premier corporation engaged in asset purchase and servicing, general insurance (including mainly mortgage insurance, reverse mortgage and SME financing guarantee businesses) and life insurance businesses in Hong Kong.

We are looking for high-calibre individuals to join the Operations Department for serving the HKMC Group.

Job Descriptions:

• Supervise the operational staff to perform loan origination, administration and enforcement duties for mortgage loan;
• Supervise the operational staff to monitor the performance of appointed services and agents;
• Prepare management statistics and reports;
• Provide support on ad hoc tasks and projects; and
• The employment will be on contract basis subject to renewal.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Business Administration or equivalent;
• A minimum of 7 years' experience in mortgage loan operations;
• Experience in loan origination, reverse mortgage operations and enforcement would be an advantage;
• Good command of spoken English and Chinese, proficiency in Putonghua will be an asset;
• Strong PC skills in MS Excel and MS Access; and
• A team player with positive thinking.

Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Assistant Manager.
