•Monitor incident and service request queues, ensuring accurate logging, prioritization, and initial diagnosis

•Act as first point of contact for new scope requirements and escalations

•Compile monthly progress reports on support status and KPIs

•Prioritize tasks and projects daily

•Provide high-quality deskside support to end users

•Perform application/OS patching and data reporting using Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)

Job Requirement：

•IT/IS degree or equivalent.

•10+ years in helpdesk support, including 3 years leading a team of 3-5 agents.

•Proficient in written English & Chinese, fluent in spoken English and Cantonese. Mandarin proficiency advantageous.

•Experience on using SCCM

•ITIL V3/V4 certification required.
