Our client has over 3 decades of history, with the reputation in providing certification programmes and review HR practices for different organisations. They are headquartered in Europe and recently looking to penetrate the market in APAC region, so this headcount would be crucial for them to build their presence in Hong Kong.

Description

• Identify new businesses by connecting with HR stakeholders and pitch them into the programmes
• Work closely with marketing team to organise campaigns that engages with the potential clients
• Research on industry trends to identify the accounts with more potentials
• Develop business plans to ensure the continuous growth of new business

Profile

• At least 5 years of business development experience in any field, but a must to have B2B selling experience
• Strong track record in sales and KPI achievements
• Familiar with the local market and a plus if you have solid connections with the HR contacts
• Looking for a long-term growth within a company
