Job description:

  • Report to General Manager and involve in strategic planning to maximize hotel revenue
  • Responsible for the implementation of RM methods to maximize the turnover in accordance with hotel strategies, brand’s marketing and customer’s need
  • Identify opportunities for incremental revenue through analysis different market segments and distribution channels
  • Develop tracking tools to monitor implementation and monitor of internet pricing strategies
  • Compile reports, share the findings and suggest improvement plan to capture and maximize the total hotel revenue
  • Monitor all distribution channels, reservations, and revenue system to ensure the right pricing and strategies
  • Lead and cooperate with Reservations Manager to operate the team efficiently

Requirement:

  • Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience
  • A clear understanding of hotel industry as well as analytical capabilities, experience in study cases, market research and studies with mathematical background
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English
  • Proficiency in Opera System, revenue management and distribution systems and Microsoft offices
