China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company” or “China State Hong Kong”) started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”.

Responsibilities:

• Leading and monitoring accounting staff for financial reporting and month end closing
• Handling monthly management report
• Coordinate with banks for funding arrangements
• Conduct in depth cost analysis including logistic costs and other operating overhead
• Prepare budget planning and cashflow forecast
• Liaise with auditors and other regulatory bodies for audits and tax filings
• Perform any other duties, ad hoc tasks and reports as requested

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, Business or related disciplines
• Qualified accountant with HKICPA or equivalent qualification
• 8 years of relevant experience in manufacturing business
• Excellent problem solving, communications and analytical skill
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Occasional travel is required
