China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Limited (“the Company” or “China State Hong Kong”) started its construction business in Hong Kong in 1979. The Company engages in building construction and civil engineering works. China State Hong Kong is among the largest construction contractors in Hong Kong, and is approved by the Works Bureau, to be on the List of Approved Contractors (Group C) for Public Works in the five major categories of building and civil engineering works, namely, “Buildings”, “Port Works”, “Roads and Drainage”, “Site Formation” and “Waterworks”.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for supervision of the building services and electrical and mechanical
• works
• Responsible for quality control and to resolve issues between design and site works of building services and E&M installations, and follow the accepted Site Supervision Plan of the Site Supervisory Team

Requirements:

• Registered Professional Engineer (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline) in Hong Kong as defined under the Engineers Registration Ordinance and corporate member of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline), or equivalent acceptable professional institution.
• Prefer minimum 5 years of post-professional experience and coordination of building services
• installations of construction projects and at least 3 years’ relevant experience in the supervision and coordination of building services installations for disciplined services training facilities / police operational base / police station projects in his/her last 10 years’ coordination of building services installations of construction projects experience.
• The RBSE and site supervisory team should be full time on site starting from the commencement of the superstructure works until the defects date
