• Main market : HK, China and Asia
• Key customers : electronics, semiconductor and automotive industries in China and Asia
• We are looking for JAPANESE SPEAKING SALES ADMIN SUPERVISOR – with details as follows :

THE JOB :

• Lead Sales Admin Team of 3 members
• Lead the team to perform order processing until goods delivered to customers
• Perform sales order processing and follow up
• Arrange & coordinate shipment and delivery
• Prepare invoices, packing list and other related documents
• Handle customer enquiries and resolve their issues
• Provide professional customer service
• Ensure on time delivery of goods to customers
• Ensure total customer satisfaction
• Proficient in Japanese, English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Tertiary education is a plus
• Proficient in Japanese (N2). English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Over 3-4 years work experience in trading or manufacturing companies
• Experience in order processing, sales coordination or logistics coordination is a big plus
• Supervisory experience or ability to lead a small team
• No trips is required
• 5 Days Work (Mon to Fri 8:30am-5:30pm)
• 13 months salary + performance bonus
• Door-to-door transportation allowance
• Medical benefit
