Job Responsibilities

• Mobilize business centre's all resources in a cost effective way and build up a sound portfolio of corporate banking clients in order to contribute to the sustained growth and profitability of bank
• Lead and motivate all front line members in centre to achieve the agreed annual business targets; Well organize centre's resources and provide a proper working environment to members in centre so that they can perform their tasks efficiently and effectively Monitor and evaluate all members' targets achievements in centre and find out solutions promptly to rectify deviations, if any
• Communicate and provide all necessary assistance to all members in centre so as to ensure that they can obtain clients' trust and derive multiple alternative solutions to fulfill clients' financials needs
• Manage all members in centre to identify accurately and assess all risk inherent in credit exposure by adhering to group's credit policies and standards Keep vigilant to any deteriorating credits to ensure bank's interests be always protected

Requirements

• University graduate with major in Business, Economics, Law or Accounting is preferred
• At least 10 years solid experience in Commercial Banking field, 6 years' supervisory experience
• Strong leadership skills to motivate the staff in meeting assigned targets and achieving goal
• In-depth knowledge of trade finance, commercial banking products and apprehensive of any structured products
• Good communication skill and be diplomatic to get along with large corporate or middle enterprises and capable of negotiation of good terms for the bank
• Deep understanding of corporate banking products / services offered by the bank, as well as the business, financials, market and the need / challenges of assigned accounts in the business centre
• Board understanding of banking operating management process of ICBC group
• Excellent credit analytical skills and good understanding of relevant business regulations, policies and working process
• Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese (includes Putonghua)
