Role Responsibilities

  • Website maintenance and management.
  • Ensure functionality and efficiency of website.
  • Content manage digital assets using WordPress.
  • Design and implementing new features and functionality.
  • Ensuring high-performance and availability and managing all technical aspects of the CMS.
  • Work closely with product and marketing team to launch new and update existing promotions, products and campaigns.
  • Develop new web pages, landing pages and microsites as required.
  • Develop/debug/fix/troubleshoot user interfaces for mobile and web channels.
  • Assist with content development and information architecture.
  • Ensure availability of web assets to users at all times.
  • Test website across browsers, operating systems and devices.
  • Ensure consistency and optimization of web design with company policies.
  • Resolve issues if and when they arise.
  • Contribute to the documentation of web assets and procedures and framework.

Web analytics and test & target on website

  • Supporting on Adobe Target, including creation of a set of landing pages in Chinese and Business communication and participating into the A/B and multivariate tests.
  • Track the performance of the tests with Adobe Analytics, continuously optimize them and propose ideas for further optimization with web analytics.

Website security and risk management

  • Ensure and monitor security of the website and data integrity and perform necessary updates.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks related to website management.
  • Display awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.

Stakeholder management

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, gather their specifications/requirements to interpret and operationalize them.
  • Read business requirements and turn them into technical implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-segment and cross-functional teams to achieve web objectives.
  • Effectively manage priorities and backlog, and communicate with stakeholders workload, status and timelines.

Stakeholder management

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders, gather their specifications/requirements to interpret and operationalize them.
  • Read business requirements and turn them into technical implementation.
  • Work closely with cross-segment, cross-functional and technical teams to achieve web objectives in an Agile approach.

  • This role is to be in charge of managing, maintaining and improving the performance and experience of the website and online form.
  • It requires excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Business

  • The measures of success consist of (but not limited to):
  • Maintaining, managing and updating a functional, easy-to-use and up-to-date website and online form.
  • Ensuring that a compliance focus is embedded across the website and online form and that regulatory requirements are satisfied while risks are mitigated and addressed.
  • Managing all stakeholders involved in web management, translating their business requirements into technical implementation, and managing the website and online form backlog.
  • Testing and improving the design and experience of the website and online form.

Processes

  • Supporting the implementation of Adobe Analytics and Test & Target tools to drive digital sales through granular customer tracking onsite as well as testing and personalization of onsite experiences.
  • Managing, maintaining and improving the performance of Hong Kong website, while ensuring the website security, mitigating the risks and managing the stakeholders involved in website management.

People & Talent

  • If requires not only a strong technical background, but also excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, while balancing a creative eye with an analytical mind.

Risk Management

  • Ensure and monitor security of the website and data integrity and perform necessary updates.
  • Identify, assess, monitor, control and mitigate risks related to website management.

  • Display awareness and understanding of the regulatory framework, in which the Group operates, and the regulatory requirements and expectations relevant to the role.
