• Degree holder or above, preferably in Property Management or related discipline
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence
• Member of HKIH, CIH, RICS(FM) or related professional institution
• 10 years' experience in managing Grade A commercial property, experience in portfolio management is highly preferred
• To establish and review management systems including policies and procedures, work flows, reporting and monitoring systems
• To oversee the property management functions and ensure a high standard of performance in operation, administration and maintenance
• To be responsible for taking over and move-in of new commercial building on the day-to-day management, maintenance and related tendering
• To hand over new properties to tenants and monitor fitting-out works
• To be accountable for the property management income and expenses, and prepare annual budgets
• Good management and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Estate Manager
