Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing cost control rental and transmission costs
• Assist in ensuring cell site deployment, procedures and standard are properly in place, comply with relevant ordinances and regulations
• Maintain rapport relationships with site providers, landlords and Government Authorities
• Interface with the relevant parties including site owners, engineers and site technical supervisors for the smooth installation and commissioning of cell sites

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in any disciplines
• At least 5-year relevant working experience, of which 3 years at supervisory level preferably gained in site property management, previous exposure in the mobile industry is added advantageous
• A self-motivated team leader with good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Well-versed in MS Office application
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
