• Degree holder preferably in Property Management or related disciplines
• 8 years' relevant working experience in which 3 years in supervisory level
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence preferred
• Member of Chartered Institute of Housing / Hong Kong Institute of Housing preferred
• To oversee and monitor the day-to-day property management functions, e.g. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management etc.
• To monitor property management income and expenses to prepare annual property management budgets and other related financial duties
• To liaise with Government departments and other departments of the company
• To attend Owners' Committee meetings and maintain good relationship with the committees
• Strong customer service mindset with good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
