• Degree holder or above, preferably in Property Management or related discipline
• Holder of PMP (Tier 1) Licence
• Minimum 15 years' experience in managing prestige residential buildings
• To work closely with management committees of owners’ corporations to execute the building improvement plans
• To oversee property management functions, i.e. security, maintenance, cleaning, procurement, amenities and facilities management etc.
• To be accountable for the property management income and expenses and to prepare annual property management budgets
• To attend various meetings with owners
• To liaise with government departments and other external parties to ensure compliance with legal requirements
• Good management and interpersonal skills, diligent and pragmatic
• Good command of written English
