To support their future operation, they are actively looking for a Trade Lane Manager to join their dynamic company.

• Manage and develop trade lanes, focusing on opportunity management and business development to drive revenue growth.
• Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential trade opportunities, evaluate market dynamics, and stay ahead of industry trends.
• Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders, including carriers, suppliers, and customers, to leverage partnerships and enhance service offerings.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to expand trade lanes, including identifying target markets, assessing competitive landscape, and implementing action plans.
• Collaborate with the sales team to create and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our trade lane solutions.
• Negotiate and procure freight services, ensuring optimal pricing, capacity, and service levels.
• Monitor and analyze trade lane performance, including KPIs, volumes, and profitability, and implement continuous improvement strategies.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and finance, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of trade lane services.
• Stay updated on industry regulations, compliance requirements, and market conditions that may impact trade lane operations.
• Foster strong relationships with existing clients, providing exceptional customer service and acting as a trusted advisor to meet their evolving needs.
• Assist in ad-hoc duties as per assigned

理想的求职者

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, International Shipping or Supply Chain
• 5 years of experience in Trade Management for non-TP trade lane, preferably from carrier or freight forwarding company.
• Strong analytical skills with numerical sense
• Organized and detail-oriented individual
• Excellent command in both English and Chinese
