Role Purpose:

Are you a creative mind with a passion for transforming spaces into captivating retail experiences? Are you skilled in store design processes, from inception to completion? If you have a knack for layout space planning, fixture design, and visual merchandising, we have the perfect role for you!

A typical day in this Role:

• Responsible for the store design process from inception to completion, collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring our brand vision to life.
• Conduct thorough space planning and layout design to optimize the flow and functionality of our retail spaces, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
• Develop innovative fixture designs that seamlessly blend aesthetics, functionality, and brand identity.
• Provide strategic visual merchandising concepts to enhance product presentation and drive sales.
• Utilize your expertise in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Suite to create detailed and visually compelling store renderings and presentations.
• Collaborate closely with local business units store design teams to ensure the smooth implementation and delivery.

Success will depend on:

• Diploma or higher in relevant discipline. Proven experience in store design, preferably within the retail industry. Agency exp. is an advantage.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, and Adobe Suite, with the ability to create exceptional 2D/3D store renderings and presentations.
• A keen eye for aesthetics, space utilization, and attention to detail.
• Strong understanding of layout space planning, fixture design, and visual merchandising principles.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• A passion for staying up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovative design solutions.
• We have different roles with various focus on VM, Store design, fixture design to suit your profile. Candidates with strong expertise may be considered as Assistant Manager.
