Role Purpose:

Join our dynamic eCommerce team as a Regional Marketing Manager, where you'll drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and online revenue growth in your designated region. Reporting directly to the Regional Head of Online Business, you'll strategize and execute initiatives aligned with our brand objectives, focusing on customer acquisition for our Online Website and Mobile App.

A typical day in this Role:

  • Develop marketing toolkits and playbooks that align with our brand vision and business goals, tailored to the unique characteristics of the target audience in your region.
  • Lead a diverse marketing team of 3-5 members, driving the creation of marketing guidelines and collaterals, compelling ad copy, and effective go-to-market strategies to boost awareness of our shopping website and mobile app.
  • Foster strong relationships with regional and local teams, and drive collaboration between all stakeholders to implement marketing initiatives.
  • Act as the Brand gatekeeper for Watsons Online, ensuring the adoption of branding principles and adherence to brand guidelines
  • Plan and design innovative online promotional campaigns, complemented by tactical strategies to drive sales and track campaign effectiveness using various metrics.

Success will depend on:

  • University graduate with a minimum of 7 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in eCommerce, FMCG, and at a regional level.
  • Proficient in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Fluency in English is an advantage.
  • Resourceful, proactive, and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Strong collaborator, working effectively with stakeholders across multiple functional teams.
  • Experience with UX/UI projects and digital marketing is a strong plus.
  • Less experienced candidates will be considered for the position of Assistant Marketing Manager.
