About our client:

Our client is a property developer and currently looking for a 項目總經理General Manager.

Our client are looking for experienced professionals to take charge of the development, sales & design and marketing of the entire high-end luxury residential development project, particularly looking for operators who have worked on well-known luxury housing projects in Hong Kong.

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the overall planning and strategic development of the project to ensure the smooth progress of the project and the achievement of expected goals.
• Coordinate and manage project teams, including developers, designers and marketing teams, ensuring they work closely together to achieve project goals.
• Participate in market research and analysis of projects, formulate corresponding marketing strategies, and supervise the execution of marketing activities.
• Monitor project budget and progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet expected standards in quality and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• He has extensive experience in luxury housing projects in Hong Kong
• Have excellent project management and team leadership skills and be able to effectively organize and coordinate the work of various departments.
• Be familiar with the real estate market and relevant laws and regulations, and understand the processes and requirements for project development and sales.
• Possess excellent communication and negotiation skills and be able to effectively collaborate and negotiate with different stakeholders.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and be able to make informed decisions in complex situations.
• Have a high sense of responsibility and professionalism, and be able to work under pressure and under tight schedules.
