【工作職責】

• 負責加密資產與衍生品交易產品設計，包括中後后服務、用戶體驗和新業務模式探索；
• 根據產品的生命週期特點、競爭環境和資源結構，提供中短期產品迭代計劃和RoadMap；
• 考慮技術可行性和實施計劃，與研發、運營和合規團隊一起推動產品迭代；
• 監控專案進度，與全球各地區專案團隊協作溝通，管理整個產品生命週期。

【任職資格】

• 5年以上產品經驗，2年以上加密資產行業經驗；
• 有證券、基金、外匯、期貨、期權等金融產品設計或交易經驗；
• 出色的人際溝通、關係管理和組織能力；
• 極強的邏輯思維，學習能力強、數據敏感度高；
• 有加密資產行業領先公司工作經驗的優先；
• 流利的英文和普通話。

【Job Responsibilities】

• Responsible for the product design of crypto asset and derivative trading, including middle-end and back-end services, user experience and exploration of new business models.
• Provide short-term to mid-term product roadmaps and iteration plans based on the product lifecycle, competition, and resources.
• Work with R&D, operations and compliance teams to promote product iterations, in consideration of technical viability and implementation plans.
• Monitor project progress, collaborate and communicate with cross-regional project teams, and manage the entire life cycle of the product.

【Job Qualifications】

• 5+ years of product experience, and 2+ years of experience in the crypto industry.
• Experience in designing or trading financial products such as securities, funds, foreign exchange, futures, options, etc.
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational abilities.
• Strong logic thinking, learning skills, and data-sensitive.
• Working experience in leading crypto companies is a plus.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
