Responsibilities:

• Assist to supervise the leasing team and manage a portfolio of quality retail properties
• Formulate and implement leasing and tenant mix strategies
• Manage and handle all leasing liaisons and co-ordination with internal and external parties including tenant management, leasing enquiry, pre-leasing administration, new lettings, rent reviews, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal
• Prepare budget plan and rental forecast

Requirements:

• Degree holder with over 12 years' experience in retail leasing with major developers
• Strong networks with potential tenants and real estate agents
• Proactive and positive attitude with good market sense
• Excellent supervisory, negotiation, interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Leasing Manager
