Responsibilities:

• Execute a comprehensive consumer loyalty strategy enhancement aligned with company's goals towards total customer value
• Lead in both functions of loyalty operations and business expansion including tenants & partners development
• Partner with cross-divisional business teams to achieve acquisition, marketing strategy and member transaction growth
• Build and manage customer research & data analytics tool to create high effective insights available to the team and other business teams to support specific business goals & actions
• Spearhead in acceptance development to acquire new participants and merchants in program network for members’ enhanced value propositions
• Define customer segments and curate marketing communication strategy to uphold a high engagement & response rate
• Assist and be part of the process in budgeting exercise and P&L forecast
• Spearhead transformation 2.0 Program to upgrade and revamp digital UX, brand, value propositions & IT development

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ managerial experience in loyalty marketing, rewards management or business development
• Significant experience in business management and loyalty program management
• Strong business acumen with customer-facing and marketing experience
• Expertise in consumer related industries with deep consumers understanding is highly preferable
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Strong business intelligence in driving customer experience and business growth
• Sound business and strategic planning capabilities with entrepreneurial mind-set
• Excellent people management, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
