• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• AHKIS with a minimum of 12 years’ post qualification experience, preferably both with consultancy and general building contractor
• Responsible for supervising a team of Quantity Surveyors on multiple projects
• Solid experiences on subletting contracts preparation, assessment of variations, cost estimation and project cost control
• Good communication skills with proficiency in Chinese and English
