• Degree / Diploma in Building / Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in carpark operations and management
• Responsible for co-ordinating with contractors / consultants on carpark renovation, maintenance and alteration; monitoring work progress and performance of contractors / consultants to meet with required standard and schedule; reviewing of hourly and monthly carpark income reports; liaising with the Owners’ Committee / Incorporated Owners of estates and staff of related property management on daily carpark operation
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD and CorelDRAW
• Good analytical, presentation, communication and negotiation skills
• An independent, self-motivated and responsible team player
