Responsibilities

• Responsible for interior design works and coordination for a wide variety of properties.
• Provide strong concept design and leadership to in-house designer and external consultants
• Maintain and deliver market leading design through the development process
• Research on design trends in buildings and product design

Requirements

• Degree in Interior Design or related disciplines
• At least 8 years solid working experience, large scale and luxurious residential experience a must
• Good design portfolio in luxury residential / commercial preferred
• Creative and excellent design flair with strong interest and broad knowledge of design trends
• Familiar with interior materials and good knowledge in construction details
• Good sketch and presentation skill, hands-on knowledge in AutoCAD and graphic software
• Proactive and a team player with positive working attitude and excellent integrity
• Able to work under pressure
• Good presentation and communication skills and proficient in written English and Chinese
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Interior Design Manager
