• We are looking for Event Officer – with details as follows :

The Job :

• Report to Associate Director
• Responsible for all Sales Events (including annual corporate event, training, meeting, and overseas trip, etc) from planning to implementation independently.
• Communicate with internal and external parties, including customers, business partners, vendors, production house, etc. to ensure smooth operation of events
• Support on preparation of Publications
• Support on ad hoc projects as required
• Degree holder with good command
• 2-3 years solid experiences in event management and coordination
• Proficient in English, Chinese, Cantonese & Mandarin
• MS applications, Chinese word processing
• Proficient in Adobe software and video editing
• 5 days work
• Quarterly bonus
• Annual leave : 10 days
