• AWARD winning interior design company with projects in Hong Kong, China and Asian countries
• The company offers interior design, and decorating and furnishing services for hotels, luxury residential projects, show flats, club houses, serviced apartments, restaurants, commercial and office spaces, and medical and healthcare projects...etc
• Focus in : luxurious residential and hospitality interior design
• We are looking for Interior Design Director - with details as follows :

The Job :

• University graduates in Architectural or Interior Design ; or equivalent
• Over 8-10 years of experience in interior design preferably in reputable interior design firms or award winning firms
• Experience in hospitality or high end residential projects is highly prefer
• Award winners in Interior Design is a big plus
• Ability to manage the Interior Design team and interact with clients effectively.
• Ability to guide the Interior Design team through the entire design process with constructive feedback and innovative solutions.
• Report to Board of Directors
• Lead a team of designers working alongside with design team leaders
• Fully manage multiple projects and provide design directions & guidelines
• Lead the Team from design intent through to completion
• Ensure the Design team delivering the highest quality of professional service
• Perform a consultative approach to managing clients & design team members
• Occassional business trips is required
• 5 days work
