As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Safety Officer (Contract) to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Discharge the duties of Resident Safety Officer required under the Development Agreement with Mass Transit Railway Corporation
• Assist in supervising and monitoring the implementation of Safety Plan approved by Mass Transit Railway Corporation
• Responsible for full time site monitoring and review of construction works and methods to ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with Safety Plan
• Carry out and attend ad hoc inspections/meetings, and conduct duties assigned by the Resident Safety Manager

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma Holder in Occupational Safety & Health or related disciplines
• Registered Safety Officer; Registered Safety Auditor or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in building construction projects, preferably large scale residential projects
• Experience in developing, implementing and maintaining occupational health & safety or quality management systems
• Experience in implementation of site safety, health & environmental management system is an advantage
• Experience in ISO14001 (Environmental Management System) and OHSAS18001 (Safety Management System) is an advantage
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good PC knowledge and effective interpersonal skills
• Proactive, systematic and able to work under pressure
