As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Building Services Coordinator to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our comprehensive development projects in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate building services installations, ensuring compliance with specifications, work procedures, and quality control
• Conduct on-site checks to verify that materials meet contract specifications and work procedures
• Monitor project progress and perform site inspections, testing, and commissioning of building services installations
• Collaborate with project team and consultants to address and resolve technical issues on site
• Supervise contractors' defect rectification works and ensure timely delivery of quality results

Requirements:

• Diploma/Higher Certificate in Building Services or related disciplines.
• Minimum of 8 years of on-site experience, including 5 years in residential projects (preferred)
• At least 3 years of experience in handover of residential flat units to property management and owners
• Previous experience with property developers is advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive, systematic, and able to work under pressure
• Proficient in computer applications
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
